Kristin joins LeadingAge Oregon with over 10 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. For the last 10 years Kristin served the older adult population in various capacities. In her roles with Community Volunteer Network (CVN) and its parent organization Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), Kristin acquired a deep understanding of complex issues facing the aging population. As the Executive Director of CVN, Kristin lead a team responsible for managing AmeriCorps Seniors federally mandated programs that provided direct services and volunteer opportunities for older adults. In her role with PRS she supported the General Counsel and operational functions of PRS ranging from board governance to acquisitions. Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, drinking coffee, and walking her dogs.

Merry joined the LeadingAge Oregon team in March 2016. As Education and Communications Director, she plans, coordinates and directs educational training and conferences.  In addition, she oversees production of the assocation newsletter, represents LeadingAge Oregon on task forces and work groups, and serves as a resource for members seeking regulatory or technical assistance.

Christina joined LeadingAge Oregon in May 2024 and handles all things accounting.  Prior to joining LAO, Christina spent her career in local government finance as a Finance Director.  She brings 30 years of experience in accounting and management, along with a master’s degree in business administration.  Christina enjoys gardening, exploring the outdoors, quilting and spending time with family.
