Our Director position has oversight of Willson House, which is a Residential Care Facility and Jason Lee Manor which is an HUD Independent Living Community; both are located on one campus. About: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, includes compliance with laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures. Oversight of property management, personnel administration and overall customer services of our residents. Additionally, this position provides oversight and works closely with our Child Development Center Director (CDC). The CDC is located on campus with Willson House and Jason Lee Manor communities. Qualifications: Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business preferred. Must have or be willing to obtain Administrator Certification for Assisted Living. 3-5 years of management or healthcare related experience. Deep knowledge of Oregon’s assisted living regulations, quality standards and referral sources. Possesses budgeting and staffing experience.
