Honors an employee from a member community who consistently demonstrates exceptional service and dedication in their profession, providing outstanding direct resident care.

Housing Star of the Year
Honors a housing manager, coordinator, or maintenance tech who exemplify commitment, professionalism, and excellence. This category celebrates those who go above and beyond to create safe, welcoming, and well-maintained communities.

Honors a CEO, executive director, administrator, or manager from a member community who exemplifies exceptional leadership, fosters innovation, mentors others, and makes significant contributions to their community.

Silver Stars
This award is presented to any employee from LeadingAge Oregon provider member organization who has not already received a Silver Star Award and has been employed at a LeadingAge Oregon provider member community or organization for 25 years or more -- as of May 10, 2025.
