Resident Assistant - Rose Schnitzer Manor
Resident Assistants (RA) provide direct care to our residents by helping with personal care, activities and other tasks as part of the health services direct care team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and Health Services Department Director. Resident Assistants help residents with walking, getting in and out of beds or chairs and toilets, assist with dressing, grooming, bathing and helping to make sure that residents are cared for, safe and are treated with dignity and respect so that they may maintain as much independence as possible, following each residents care plan. Requirements: Must have a big heart and high school graduate or GED preferred.
